Electrostatic disinfection technology for the manufacturing sector

Bunzl, one of the world’s largest cleaning services providers is partnering with Vycel, Britain’s electrostatic disinfection technology provider, to deploy it’s ‘Vycel 4’ for the manufacturing sector. The Vycel Electrostatic Gun creates a mist that evenly coats and wraps surfaces.

Vycel Founder and CEO Ken Parker (pictured) says: “Bunzl recognise the fundamental difference between sanitisation and disinfection provided by Vycel Electrostatic technology,”

According to Parker: “Britain’s laws around hygiene are so archaic, that we still – in spite of a global pandemic – only require commercial kitchens, by law, to both clean and disinfect environments separately – to make them truly hygienic and take them ‘back to safe. Vycel is providing ‘Michelin-star’ disinfection standards of commercial kitchens for manufacturers.”

According to Vycel’s Chairman of the Advisory Board, Marcos Angelini, the former Vice President Homecare Latin America and Global Brand VP for Unilever says: “Productivity in the workplace is critical and Vycel is the answer. Companies that properly protect their staff can bolster job satisfaction and performance.”

Vycel is educating corporate leaders on the fundamental need for a 2-step hygiene process in terms of protecting office environments, the same as adopted by commercial kitchens.

Vycel provides certification adhesives which can be displayed in office environments that use Vycel to protect their staff.
